Introducing the Indonesia Campus

When Australia’s largest University had grand ambitions to open a campus into Indonesia, during the pandemic, we ensured that we could manage the message positively to ensure a successful launch.

Opening a university in a foreign country is a challenge during the most stable of times, but during a pandemic, good risk management communication frameworks were crucial.  We drew together a common narrative and message strategy to suit the President of the new campus, the domestic and international marketing teams and the industry engagement team that would celebrate and bring to life the exciting opportunity that Monash in Indonesia would bring.

A well-established communications strategic plan for all phases of launch would help carefully navigate any issues and captilalise on PR opportunities for the campus. The campus website we developed became the centrepiece of the digital campaign to draw in new students and teacher recruitment.
